The Experience
Your Flight Experience at Goodwood Aerodrome will allow you to enjoy the beautiful views across the Sussex Downs.
Take the controls of one of these state of the art training aircraft, equipped with the latest avionics technology. A Goodwood Flying Instructor will be on hand to guide you through the basics of aircraft control and maneuvering, whilst you enjoy the beautiful views of the Sussex countryside and the South Coast from above.

Vital Information
The maximum weight allowed is 17 stone (108kg). Diabetics and those with heart conditions may be required to produce a medical certificate. If in doubt, please consult your doctor.
The Weather
All flights are dependent on weather conditions and operational requirements of the airport. Please call the flying school on the day of your flying lesson to check weather conditions at the Aerodrome.
Session Length
Your should allow up to one hour for your flying experience. Includes a ten minute briefing and 20 minutes airbourne.
Numbers
You'll be alone with your instructor miles high in the sky!
Spectators
One passenger may join you on your flying lesson and they will sit in a seat at the rear of the plane. Other spectators can enjoy the view of the Aerodrome from the balcony of the Flying School and are welcome to enjoy the facilities of the on-site cafe. Children must be kept under control at all times and pets are not allowed.
What To Wear
Flying gear (Headsets,hi-vis jackets and ear defenders) will be supplied on site. Casual clothing is advised and we recommend that you wear trousers and flat shoes. (Not sandals or flip-flops!)
Availability
This experience runs seven days a week all year round except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.Flights will always be during daylight.
