Vital Information
Please remember all Race Meetings are subject to availability. Therefore, we recommend that you do not book any accommodation or make any travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed. Packages will vary slightly per race meeting.
The Weather
Please be aware on rare occasions race meetings can be cancelled due to bad weather conditions, if this is the case, your meeting will be rearranged.
Session Length
Most horse racing meetings are either Afternoon or Evening fixtures lasting around four to five hours.

Spectators
Spectators Access can only be granted for those that have Entrance tickets / badges as part of this voucher. There will of course be other Racegoers in attendance at the meeting.
What To Wear
It is typical to dress smart for a Horse Racing Meeting and some racecourses will insist on more formal wear as part of their dress code for access to certain enclosures. This rules are enforced and to avoid non-access, should be followed.
