The Experience
An amazing Formula One experience day at the Circuit du Luc en Provence, France. This 2.2km circuit features sweeping bends, 2 long straights and tight corners. A perfect venue to drive a Formula One car. This experience is perfect for anyone, from beginners to experienced drivers who would love to drive a Formula 1 car on a racetrack.
Your Formula One Experience Day Itinerary:
Welcome reception at the AGS F1 premises - Snack (coffee, orange juice, pastries)
Driver preparation (Personal equipment: crash helmet, balaclava, racing overalls, racing boots and gloves)
Briefing in the teaching room on single-seater driving techniques and safety recommendations
Transfer to the pit lane and 2 familiarisation laps of the track as a passenger
1st series of 8 laps at the wheel of a Formula 3 car - 180 HP
Personalised advice - sharing of experiences with the other particpants and a snack
2nd series of 8 laps at the wheel of a Formula 3 car - 180 HP
Guided tour of the AGS premises in small groups between the F1 series
Lunch at the track restaurant or nearby
F1 Briefing - Specific recommendations for driving a Formula 1 car on a racetrack
Training session to test your reflexes, available from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (BATAK session)
4 laps at the wheel of the Formula 1 car - 650 HP
Award ceremony with champagne, presentation of driving certificates at the AGS premises
Please note: with the run of laps in the Formula 1 car, there is usually only one car on the track to ensure your maximum comfort, enjoyment and safety
Vital Information
The trainee should be at least 18 years of age, and have a valid driving licence. The trainee solemnly declares that he is in good health and is not under the influence of any medical treatment that impairs driving. Anyone who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or other illicit substances will not be able to partake in the experience.The participant undertakes to observe scrupulously the safety and driving instructions stated during briefings and throughout the course by the course Supervisor and the supervising staff. The trainee undertakes to accept that in case of runway excursion with material damages (i.e. crash), driving an F3 in the morning or an F1 in the afternoon, the course Supervisor will end the trainee’s participation without the latter being able to claim any refund. The article 9, refer to the deposit conditions, will also be fully implemented in this case.
The Weather
In the event of bad weather conditions; snow, heavy rain, ice, the experience may be cancelled. In this instance the experience will be resheduled.
Session Length
This is a full day experience from 7.45am to 6.00pm
Numbers
You will share this experience with other participants. This voucher is valid for 1 person.
Spectators
Up to 4 people can accompany you to the venue but this is charged at 49€ per person. They will be able to attend the tour of the venue, will gain access to the track and hospitality suite and can enjoy the welcome breakfast, lunch, snacks and champagne with you.The presence of children under 10 is strongly discouraged on the circuits. All children should be accompanied by an adult.
What To Wear
We advise you to dress comfortably. All safety equipment will be provided.
Availability
This driving course runs on selected dates. There are around 40 - 50 dates from March to November, mostly from Monday to Friday. Please contact us for more information.
