Before and After visiting Madame Tussauds you can enjoy the Thames Cruise. Your ticket allows you to jump on and off as much as you like and the piers provide easy access to London's most famous sites like Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Tate modern Art Gallery, Tower of London, Tower Bridge and many more...

Vital Information

The majority of our facilities and entertainment in Madame Tussauds are fully accessible to our disabled guests. However one area, a themed ride known as the ‘Spirit of London’ is continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible due to health and safety considerations. Trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift. For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance. Eating and Drinking is not permitted inside Madame Tussauds.
This ticket is valid for a child aged 4-15. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult aged over 16. 'Scream' is recommended for individuals over the age of 12. To get on the 'Spirit of London' ride visitors under 1.2 m must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.

The Weather

As Madame Tussauds is indoors your visit will not be affected by the weather. However, please be aware that in peak season the queue may extend as far as the outside, where the weather cannot be guaranteed. 

Session Length

The Thames Cruise allows you to hop on and off throughout the day. On average it will take you 1.5 to 2 hours to enjoy the full experience of Madame Tussauds. However this depends completely on you and how long you would like to enjoy the company of the celebrities.

Availability

Madame Tussauds is open every day except Christmas Day. Opening Times vary so please contact us for more information. The Cruise is available daily between 11:00 and 18:00 although this may vary depending the day of your visit. Cruises depart frequently from Westminster Pier, Waterloo (London Eye) Pier, Tower Pier and Greenwich Pier every day of the year except Christmas Day (25th December).
