The Experience
You wiill begin your day with a visit to the historic Castlerigg Stone Circle, taking in stunning views of the Lake District’s highest peaks from within this ancient site.
Then it's continue through the National Park to see ten of its most beautiful lakes, travelling over the famous Kirkstone and Honister passes, where breathtaking mountain landscapes and picturesque valleys await.
Be sure to pause frequently to capture photos of waterfalls and traditional Lakeland villages. Stop in the charming village of Keswick for lunch, with options ranging from cosy pubs to delightful restaurants.
Later, visit the quaint village of Grasmere, where you can savour the renowned Grasmere Gingerbread. Wrap up your day with a relaxing stroll by Derwentwater or Ullswater, enjoying the serene beauty of these iconic lakes before concluding your tour.
