The Experience
This London Olympic Helicopter Tour offers 45 minutes of unforgettable aerial sightseeing for up to three people.
Departing from Redhill Aerodrome, this extended route adds an Olympic Park flyover to the best of London’s skyline.
After a short climb over Surrey, the flight enters London’s controlled airspace, passing Epsom Racecourse, Wimbledon and Richmond Park. You’ll join the River Thames at Barnes and follow its winding path through the heart of the capital. Look out for Battersea Power Station, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament and St Paul’s Cathedral.
Your pilot provides live commentary throughout the flight, making it an informative and engaging experience.
After Tower Bridge, the Olympic extension continues past Canary Wharf to East London. From the air, you’ll see the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the Aquatics Centre and Stratford’s growing skyline - a part of the city many visitors never view from above.
This 45-minute experience gives both sides of the helicopter clear views, with a return route that allows everyone onboard to take in the full panorama. It’s an excellent gift idea or an exciting shared experience for anyone curious to see London in a new way.
