THE JOURNEY
Depart from Paris just before dinner for your overnight journey to Venice. Travel in style across the European landscape before arriving in the City of Water late afternoon the next day.
Life on board is elegant and indulgent. Dress to impress and head to one of the three restaurant cars for a sophisticated dinner. Mingle with like-minded travellers as a live pianist sets the scene in the Bar Car. Then, retreat to your inviting private cabin, looking forward to tomorrow’s adventures.

DAY ONE
ADVENTURE AWAITS…
Board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express train in Paris. Settle into your private cabin, soon it will be time for dinner.
A delicious four-course dinner will be served in one of our splendid restaurant cars. Later, you may wish to linger in Bar Car '3674', listening to the resident pianist play the baby grand and chatting to fellow passengers before you retire for the night. When you are ready, retire to your cabin, which has now been transformed into a cosy bedroom.
DAY TWO
A FINE WAY TO PASS THE DAY
You awake to the magnificent mountain and countryside scenery as breakfast is served in your cabin. Spend the morning in the Bar Car chatting to fellow travellers over coffee.
Enjoy a leisurely three-course lunch served in another of the beautiful restaurant cars. While away the afternoon relaxing in your cabin admiring the spectacular scenery. Later, a selection of pastries are served in your cabin.
All too soon it is time to prepare to disembark as the train crosses the Venetian Lagoon and pulls into Santa Lucia station.
